Preps learn about our community

This term, our Prep students are learning all about Our Community and the special people who help make our community a safe and happy place.

We were very lucky to welcome our local fire brigade to school! The firefighters taught us some important fire safety tips and shared what they do to help people in our community.

Of course, the highlight of the visit was getting to see the fire trucks up close and having a turn at squirting the big fire hose! It was an exciting and memorable experience for our Preps, and we loved learning from our local firefighters.
