Parent Administration Requirements
PLEASE NOTE: Students are dismissed at 2:30pm at the end of Terms 1, 2 & 3 and 1:30pm at the end of Term 4.
BPay is an electronic bill payment service facility enabling electronic payments direct to the school’s bank account.
This will mean that payments to the school can now be either cash, cheque, credit card/EFTPOS or BPay.
BPay will only be available when indicated on notices sent home and for transactions greater than $30.
It will be critical that parents make payments by due dates, complete and return payment advice slips to the office to ensure correct allocation of payments received. You can only pay by BPay if the notice has the BPay Symbol.
Biller codes and unique family reference numbers are clearly marked on the family statements sent home. Please keep this information in a safe place for future reference.
